Could not be more impressed with the condition of our 20 year old carpet after service. It actually looked like new carpet. The individual pile was visible. Would rate six stars if I could. I use a carpet service once every year and this is the best results I have seen. I have used what I thought was cheaper services and groupons and I still end up paying a premium due to extra square footage or excess soil or 10 other kinds of BS. Our typical drying time is between 4 to 8 hours, but dry time can be affected by the temperature and humidity inside the home. It is completely safe to walk on the carpet as long as you are comfortable with the cleanliness of your feet. We will be happy to provide you with a pair of complimentary shoe coverings.
Speed drying with our Air Path drying fan is included with our Gold and Platinum packages and reduces drying time to as little as 1 hour.
G-Pro offers a 14 day guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 14 days after your cleaning, we will gladly return and re-clean the areas you are not happy with.
Please see our Silver/Gold/Platinum packaging rates for cleaning prices. Areas such as hallways, stairs, area rugs, and furniture are priced differently, so please contact us for a personalized quote.
The application of Maxim Stain Protector is included in our Gold and Platinum packages and can be purchased for an additional fee for furniture cleanings.
G-Pro rinses your carpet with pure softened water only, supplied by our on board water softening unit. Softened water not only rinses out our pet and kid safe cleaning products, but also any harsh chemicals that have been left behind by other cleaners. This process enhances the softness of the carpet fibers tremendously.
We do offer area rug cleaning services as long as there is an appropriate surface on which to clean them. We will be happy to provide you with a personal quote over the phone.
Please vacuum the areas that we will be cleaning. Vacuuming is included and will be done by us if you choose our Platinum cleaning package.
